James Kettle of PortSwigger has developed an AI-powered open source tool called "HTTP Terminator" designed to identify novel HTTP request-smuggling vulnerabilities through desynchronization attacks. The tool discovered previously unknown techniques for exploiting HTTP protocol mishandlings that could be leveraged by attackers to bypass security controls.
